At Severed Mapping, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is 50% of the amount paid (excluding booking fees) after service—once a remap is completed, we cannot usually offer a full refund. This is standard in the ECU tuning industry, as the service has already been provided. Vehicles can always be reverted to stock, but time, tools and expertise invested remain part of the service delivered.

That said, we stand firmly by our work. If you have concerns, contact us immediately—we will revisit your vehicle, run diagnostics, and adjust or re-tune at no extra cost to ensure the results meet expectations. 

For cancellations on booking, we ask for as much notice as possible. In these cases where cancellation were made before the tuner moves to your location, all fees including booking will be refunded in full.

This policy protects both you and our business from wasted time and resources. Above all, our priority is your satisfaction: if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you until it is.
